While Mellona continues producing honey locally in Ontario, we are expanding into Prince Edward Island with The Monticello 15 Retreat — a pollinator-friendly farm with over 15 acres dedicated to test plots of garlic, herbs, and heirloom produce using sustainable growing practices.

We will also be offering short-term stays in our beautifully remodelled countryside home.

This marks the beginning of a new chapter bringing more of our process closer to the source.
